Mesmo que os troféus não revelam muito sobre a trama da história do jogo, algumas referências podem acabar afetando a experiência dos jogadores. Logo estamos avisando antecipadamente para que vocês procedam com a leitura sobre o risco de spoilers do jogo.
The Evil Within 2 terá 52 troféus para desbloquearem. (1 Platina, 1 Ouro, 14 Prata e 36 Bronze). O jogador que conseguir platinar o jogo será recompensado com 123o pontos em sua coleção. Porém, pela descrição dos troféus isso não será uma missão simples até mesmo para o mais experiente dos jogadores.
